Terms of Use

By accessing or using GoldBazarr (the "Platform"), operated by Anadolu Gateway ("AG", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

GoldBazarr is a B2B trade platform that connects verified Turkish suppliers with African buyers, distributors, and investors. We provide a marketplace directory, matchmaking services, and trade-flow guidance.

GoldBazarr does not manufacture, sell, ship, or take ownership of any goods listed on the Platform, and is not a party to any sale or purchase agreement entered into between suppliers and buyers.

You must be a legally registered business, or an authorized representative of one, to register as a supplier, buyer, distributor, or investor on the Platform.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

Suppliers listed as "Verified" have undergone a manual review of trade records, factory capacity, certifications, and export history by the Anadolu Gateway team.

Verification is a good-faith review process and is not a guarantee of product quality, delivery performance, or creditworthiness. Buyers and other users should perform their own due diligence before entering into any transaction.

Suppliers may purchase the Verified ($199), Featured ($499), or Business Development (from $1,500) packages described on our Packages page. All package fees are one-time unless otherwise stated and do not auto-renew.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, published on the Packages page, which forms part of these Terms.

GoldBazarr and Anadolu Gateway are not a payment processor, bank, or escrow agent, and never hold, receive, or transfer trade funds.

When a transaction is arranged through the Platform, the buyer deposits funds into a blocked sub-account at their own bank in Ghana (e.g., GCB, Stanbic, or Ecobank). After AG verifies the supplier's shipping documents (bill of lading, certificate of origin, quality certificate), AG issues a signed Release Authorization Letter to the buyer's bank, which then transfers funds directly to the supplier's bank via SWIFT.

AG's role is limited to document verification and authorization — at no point does AG take custody of, or have direct access to, trade funds.

You agree not to: (a) post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings or information; (b) use the Platform to circumvent Anadolu Gateway's verification process or fee structure; (c) infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party; or (d) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

All content on GoldBazarr — including the GoldBazarr name, logo, design, and platform software — is the property of Anadolu Gateway or its licensors. Company names, logos, and product information uploaded by suppliers remain the property of the respective supplier.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. GoldBazarr does not guarantee that any match, introduction, or transaction will result in a completed deal.

We are not a party to, and assume no liability for, contracts or trade disputes entered into between suppliers and buyers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anadolu Gateway and GoldBazarr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any transaction facilitated through it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from use of the Platform shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties and, if unresolved, submitted to the competent courts of Accra, Ghana.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
