We collect information you provide directly, such as: company name, contact name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, business registration details, product listings, certifications, and trade documentation.

We also collect basic technical information — such as browser type, device information, and language preference — to operate and secure the Platform.

We use your information to: verify suppliers and buyers, operate the marketplace and matchmaking features, communicate with you about your account or trade requests, issue Release Authorization Letters as part of the escrow verification process, and improve the Platform.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

GoldBazarr uses essential cookies to keep you signed in, remember your language preference, and keep the Platform secure. You can manage your cookie preferences using the cookie banner shown when you first visit the site.

We share information only as necessary to operate the Platform — for example, sharing a buyer's match request with relevant verified suppliers, or sharing shipping documents with a buyer's bank as part of the escrow release process.

We may also share information with service providers (such as our hosting and database providers) who process data on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality terms, and with authorities where required by law.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing activities.

GoldBazarr is a B2B platform intended for business use and is not directed at, or knowingly used by, individuals under the age of 18.
